IBM designs supercomputer to play Jeopardy!
IBM has announced the development of an "advanced computing system" that will compete with human contestants on Jeopardy! The system, codenamed "Watson," is capable of quickly responding tosophisticated queries that require an accurate comprehension ofambiguous expression.
